GENERAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO THE EARL MILLER CASH AFFILIATE PROGRAM

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND COMPANY. BY BECOMING AN AFFILIATE TO Earl Miller Cash YOU ARE AFFIRMATIVELY STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. ALSO YOU ARE AFFIRMATIVELY INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS Earl Miller Cash RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE TERMS BELOW FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT NOTICE..

ENROLLMENT
In order to enroll in the Earl Miller Cash YOU must:

1. Be over the age of 18 years, or over the age of majority if You reside and/or conduct business in states, provinces or countries where the age of majority is greater than 18 years.

2. Submit a completed application through the company website of Earl Miller Cash (www.earlmillercash.com)

3. Live in a country, territory, province or other region allowed to enroll in the Program. We reserve the right to allow or deny enrollment to the EARL MILLER CASH program in our sole discretion, at any time.

Notification of your acceptance to the Earl Miller Cash program will be sent by email. If in our sole discretion we determine your website or conduct unsuitable for the Earl Miller Cash program we reserve all the rights to deny your application or cancel your membership. We have the right to also terminate your account at any time if in our sole discretion we believe you faciliate illegal activity such as promoting violence, promoting copyright infringement or using the following words or themes in any advertisement or email promoting Earl Miller Cash

LOLITA - PRETEEN - UNDER AGE - ILLEGAL - BESTIALITY - PEDOPHILIA - CHILD PORNOGRAPHY - SCAT - RAPE - SEXUAL VIOLENCE - SNUFF Any other illegal words or themes many not metioned in this list may not be used!

PAYOUT DETAILS AND COMMISSIONS
Each user YOU direct or refer to a website in the Earl Miller Cash program who becomes a subscriber or makes a purchase, and who has been tracked and verified by Company to one of the Program websites from YOUR website, YOU will receive a commission as set forth in the payout details below.

Though recommended, you do not need an adult website to refer traffic to Company! Any website is eligible to become a Earl Miller Cash Partner!

1. As long as the member YOU refer stays a member, you recive recurring comission indefinitely.

2. You do not need a website to refer traffic to Company.

4. YOU shall NOT be entitled to a Commission if any subscriber you referred to one or more of the Earl Miller Cash program website(s) were in violation of the terms of this Agreement. Also for if any subscriber who does not fall within the terms of paragraph 001 through 003. All commissions will be payable in United States Dollars.

4. Special commission can be recieved if other affiliates are reffered by YOU to Company.

5. 50% recurring commissions will be paid to all members, 50% gross, less any fees such as credit processor refunds, charge backs etc.
Commission rates are subject to change, and may be, without notice upon posting on Company site. Company reserves the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, to alter or modify the Program at any time including the method and terms of all payment benefits to You. . It shall be Your sole obligation to check the Payout Details to determine if there have been any changes in the Program. Any changes that are thereafter posted to the Payout details shall be binding to all members, including YOU.

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS.

1. NO SPAMMING ALLOWED!

2. ALL BANNERS AND TEXT LINKS MUST BE USED LEGALLY! YOU ARE FREE TO ADD BANNERS IN AS MANY PLACES YOU DESIRE!

3. REPORT ANY CHEATERS OR PERSONS YOU BELIEVE TO BE CHEATING TO abuse@earlmillercash.com
